Thank you for your interest in Arbor Crest Wine Cellars as the venue for your special occasion.  We would be delighted to share in your celebration!  Ideally located 20 minutes from Downtown Spokane, Arbor Crest Wine Cellars has versatile space that can accommodate more than 500 guests.  Our Dionysus packages are perfect for intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions, birthday parties, bridal showers, anniversaries, and corporate gatherings.  Our award-winning wines, breathtaking event facilities, and excellent customer service combine to create many wonderfully memorable experiences.  We look forward to celebrating with you.

Dionysus Packages

Our Dionysus packages are perfect for intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions, birthday parties, bridal showers, anniversaries, and corporate gatherings.

Packages Include:

• Exclusive use of the location reserved
• Tables and chairs*
• 15% discount on wine purchases
• Free parking
• One Arbor Crest staff member to provide Tasting Room support
• Restroom facilities

Arbor Crest wines, event services, security, and additional rentals** are not included in Dionysus Package fees.

* Table and chairs are provided based on availability. 

** Additional rentals include: Tables and chairs above and beyond what is provided by Arbor Crest Wine Cellars, table linens and napkins, dishware, flatware, and glassware, among other items.

Event services

Full service catering is required for any event requiring event services.

Our award-winning preferred caterer, Catered for You, can provide you with a personalized proposal that can range from tasteful and simple to decadent and unique.

Other vendors must be pre-approved through our Event Sales Manager, Kaitlin Pallardy, prior to being contracted to cater an event on the Arbor Crest Estate.

 

 

Minors and Security

Minors under 21 years of age are permitted on the Arbor Crest Wine Cellars Estate during private events.*

Security is mandatory for any event where minors will be present, any event after business hours, and any event with 50 or more guests.  Any additional security required will be billed to the Contracting Party.
