Arbor Crest’s four acres of gardens, Florentine style Cliff House and Estate vineyard provide the perfect location for your wedding and reception. Situated on seventy-five acres the winery captivates guests with its Florentine influence and panoramic views of the Spokane Valley and downtown Spokane.

Premium Estate Grounds Packages
Our Estate Grounds can be reserved May through October and can accommodate groups of more than 1,000 guests.
The Estate Grounds can be reserved Monday-Saturday evenings from 5:00 to 10:00pm. On Sundays, the Estate Grounds can be reserved from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
Your reservation includes two locations: one location for the ceremony and one location for the reception.
Packages Include:
- Early access for set-up, deliveries, and photos
- A bridal dressing room with private bath
- Planning services
- One scheduled rehearsal time prior to the event
- Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests
- A wine barrel table for the ceremony
- Security personnel for up to 150 guests
- A 15% discount on wine purchases
- Free parking
- One Arbor Crest staff member for Tasting Room support
- Restroom facilities
Arbor Crest wines, event services, and additional rentals* are not included in Premium Estate Grounds Packages fees.
*Additional rentals include: additional tables and chairs to accommodate groups larger than 150 guests, table linens and napkins, dishware, flatware, and glassware, among other items.

Our award-winning, preferred caterer, Catered for You, can provide you with a personalized proposal that can range from tasteful and simple to decadent and unique.
When planning a wedding, it is common to feel nervous. There are so many elements to consider. Rest assured that Catered for You will have every detail under control. Arbor Crest has partnered with Catered for You for many years and can testify to the fact that all members of their sales team are trained event planners who take great pride and satisfaction in attending to the tiniest of details.

Other vendors must be pre-approved through the Event Sales Manager, Kaitlin Pallardy, prior to being contracted to cater an event on the Arbor Crest Estate.
Minors and Security
Minors under 21 years of age are permitted on the Arbor Crest Wine Cellars Estate during private events.*
Security is mandatory for any event where minors will be present, any event after business hours, and any event with 50 or more guests. The cost of security for up to 150 guests is included in the price of Premium Estate Grounds Packages; any additional security fees will be billed to the Contracting Party.
