Terms & Consent

• You must be at least 21 years of age as of the date listed below to be a wine club member.
• Aside from the cost of wine shipments, there are no membership surcharges or fees and you may choose to cancel your membership at any time.
• A current and valid Visa or MasterCard must be on file with Arbor Crest Wine Cellars to remain an active Cliff House Wine Club Member. In the event that the credit card on file cannot be processed for the cost of a shipment, your wine club benefits will be suspended until current account information is received.
• Cancellation Policy: The annual membership requires a commitment to 3 releases over the course of a year. Your wine club membership may be cancelled at any time after you have received 3 releases. If you wish to cancel your membership before you have received all 3 releases, you will be charged at the time of cancellation for the remaining releases.
• If you opt to have your wine shipped to you, shipments will be made via UPS Ground service. The signature of an adult aged 21 or older is required for delivery and we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
• We are only able to ship to states where it is legal to do so. If you live in a state that is not listed in under the shipping address section above, there is unfortunately no option to ship your wine to you.
• Customers who chose to pick up their shipments at the winery must acquire their wine within 45 days of release. If a shipment is not picked up within 45 days it will be sent to the address listed on this form and the cost of shipping will be billed to the card on file. We will contact you to remind you to pick up your wine shipment after 30 days.
