Celebrate like it’s 1924 with an ensemble of Spokane Symphony musicians joined by pianist Priscila Navarro. Spokane’s jazz vocalist Heather Villa brings 20’s music to life with her sultry voice. Come early to enjoy food and beverages from Arbor Crest’s food truck, grill and bars. Hot food served from 5-7pm. Charcuterie and formaggio boards, hummus and desserts served until 8pm.

Carli Osika is a pop-country singer songwriter from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She first took the stage with her guitar at an early age and quickly began to amass a local fan base. As an adult Carli spent three years honing her songwriting skills in Nashville, TN, before returning to the northwest.
Carli’s lively performances of multi-genre covers as well as crowd favorite originals like “Whiskey and Him” and “Emotion Sickness” recently earned her the title of Favorite Solo Artist at the 2022 Northwest Country Music Awards. Dallas is a multiple-time IN-CMA nominee for Top Female Vocalist, Top Solo Artist, Entertainer of the Year and has won trophies for "Favorite New Act" in 2022, "Top Performer" in 2020, and "Top Newcomer" in 2019. She also received an Honorable Mention for Top Original Song.
